1 su bardağı ılık su (200 ml)
1 su bardağı ılık süt (200 ml)
Yarım su bardağı sıvı yağ (100 ml)
1 adet yumurta akı
1 yemek kaşığı instant maya
1 yemek kaşığı toz şeker
1 yemek kaşığı tuz
5-5,5 su bardağı un
İç harcı için;
1 kilogram kuru soğan
1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ (125 ml)
1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
2 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
1,5 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
Üzeri için;
1 adet yumurta sarısı
Susam
Soğanlı Börek Yapılışı
Öncelikle geniş bir yoğurma kabı içerisine sıvı yağ, ılık su, ılık süt, yumurta akı, instant maya, şeker ve tuzu alarak çırpalım.
Ardından unu yavaş yavaş ekleyerek yumuşak kıvamlı pürüzsüz bir hamur elde edinceye kadar yoğuralım.
Hamurumuzun üzerini streçleyelim ve temiz bir bezle kapatarak yarım saat kadar mayalanmaya bırakalım.
Soğanlı böreğimizin iç harcı için soğanlarımızı yemeklik olacak şekilde doğrayalım.
Ocağa aldığımız uygun bir tava içerisine sıvı yağı ve doğradığımız soğanları alarak, soğanlar pembeleşinceye kadar orta ateşte kavuralım.
Üzerine biber salçası, domates salçası, karabiber ve tuzu ekleyerek karıştıralım. Soğanlarımızı dakika daha kavurarak ocaktan alalım.
Mayası gelen hamurumuzu un serptiğimiz tezgaha alalım, tekrar yoğurarak toparlayalım.
Ardından hamurlarımızı birbirine eşit olacak şekilde 4 parçaya bölelim ve toparlayarak beze haline getirelim.
Bezelerden bir tanesini alalım ve merdane yardımı ile açalım.
Açtığımız bezeye iç harcımızdan yerleştirelim ve her yerine gelecek şekilde dağıtalım.
Hamurumuzu rulo olacak şekilde dikkatlice saralım.
Hazırladığımız ruloyu yaklaşık 3 parmak genişliğinde keselim ve pişirme kağıdı serdiğimiz tepsiye alalım. Diğer bezelerimize de sırası ile aynı işlemleri uygulayalım.
Tüm böreklerimizi tepsiye sıraladıktan sonra üzerlerine çırpılmış yumurta sarısı sürüp susam serpelim.
El açması soğanlı böreklerimizi önceden ısıttığımız 170°C fırında yaklaşık 20 dakika pişmeye bırakalım.
Sürenin sonunda pişen soğanlı rulo böreklerimiz servise hazır. Afiyet olsun
